Terms and conditions

These terms apply to every booking made on this website. By booking, you accept them, together with our cancellation policy and our privacy policy.

1. Who we are

Marrakech Bus Tour is a brand of Visit Morocco Trip.

2. Booking

You choose a trip, a date and the number of travellers. We then hold the places for a short time while you pay the amount shown. Your booking is confirmed only when we have received your payment, and we then send you a confirmation by email with your booking reference. If the payment is not completed in time, the places are released and nothing is charged.

Please check the details before paying. You are responsible for the information you give us, in particular your email address and pickup point.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros and include what is listed as included for each trip. Anything listed as not included, such as meals, drinks, entry fees and personal expenses, is paid by you. The price of your booking is fixed when you book.

Online payment is made through PayPal. Where a trip has a deposit, you pay the deposit online to confirm the booking and the balance on the day of the trip, as shown in your booking. Any currency conversion is carried out by PayPal or your bank, which may charge their own fees.

4. Cancellations and changes

You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before departure. Later cancellations, changes of date, and what happens if we have to cancel are explained in full in our cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms.

5. On the day

• Be ready at your pickup point at the confirmed time. The driver waits up to 15 minutes.
• Carry your passport or identity card; police checks on Moroccan roads may ask for it.
• Day trips include several hours of driving. Tell us before booking about any health condition, mobility need or pregnancy that could be affected, so we can advise you.
• Follow the driver's safety instructions and respect local customs and the rules of the places you visit, including dress rules at religious sites.
• We may refuse to carry a traveller whose behaviour puts others at risk; this is treated as a no-show.

6. The itinerary

Itineraries shown on the website are indicative. Times can change because of traffic, weather, road conditions or opening hours. Visits run by others, such as guided tours inside monuments, follow their own schedules and cannot be guaranteed. We may change the order of stops or the route for safety or practical reasons.

7. Responsibility

We provide the transport and the services described for your trip with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for services that are not part of your booking, for delays or changes caused by events outside our control, or for personal belongings left unattended. Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that cannot be limited by law, or any rights you have under the consumer protection law that applies to you.

8. Complaints

If something goes wrong, please tell the driver or contact us during the trip so we can try to fix it straight away. You can also write to us through the contact page within 30 days after the trip with your booking reference; we will reply within 14 days.

9. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Moroccan law, and the courts of Marrakech are competent for any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory rules that protect you as a consumer in your country of residence. We will always try first to find an amicable solution.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your booking is the one published on the date you booked.
